The Division of Management Services (DMS) is excited to announce an opening for Program Manager to join our team. This position will complete design, develop, and validate reporting related to the LUMA system.
This position will be focused on leading and guiding the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting to support critical business processes. In this role, the Program Manager will use SQL to ensure adequate business reports support the alignment between business operations, compliance, policies, and processes. This person will be responsible for managing report development projects from concept to implementation, analyzing problems and identifying potential solutions. The successful candidate will identify and prioritize business reporting needs, develop solutions, work with various reporting tools, and assess the effectiveness of reporting solutions post-implementation for a wide variety of policy and program changes related to both the Human Capital Management (HCM) and Financial Services Management (FSM) modules of LUMA. They will be a strong team contributor, possess the ability to lead and manage multiple projects, and work with various subject matter experts and project teams. We are searching for an individual with exceptional business analysis skills, experience in finance and payroll, SQL skills, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and someone that is driven to produce end-user focused reports that include holistic systems-thinking competencies.
Incumbent will be able to telework and/or come into the office as needed.

SPECIALTY MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Below is preferred experience. It is not required for the position but applicants with this experience may receive consideration over other applicants.
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related area.
2. Experience working with Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance Services Management (FSM) modules of LUMA (Infor). Typically requires some experience working in one or both of the modules of LUMA/Infor.
