Hanks Trucking Company is a locally owned and operated trucking company that hauls loads to California, Arizona, and Nevada. The return loads all come back to the same location in Boise, ID, where our truck yard is located as well. All loads returning to our parent facility have priority unload.
We run Peterbilt tractors with reefer trailers (53 foot). We have two full time mechanics and a shop on site. All maintenance is handled by them; tires are checked twice a week by Les Schwab Tire Service.

Our current operation has seven trucks in service and our dispatcher is available for you 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We are integrated with ELD’s and supply a tablet or smart phone to utilize for personal and work use.
We have a wash crew that cleans your truck and trailer every other week.
Job Requirements: Minimum of three years over the road experience required.
Applicants must be able to pass a background check, medical exam, drug test, and have a clean driving record.

Pay is every week by the load.
Bonuses are offered every quarter depending on driver performance, fuel savings, loads completed, etc.

Benefits: We currently have medical, dental, and 401K matching available for all employees after 90 days and on enrollment time, paid vacation.

Sign on bonus: $1000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment

Referral program: $400 dollar referral for finding an employee after 90 days of employment
