Grazologist / Charcuterie Board Decorator

Graze Craze is an up-and-coming, dynamic and exciting food brand in the marketplace. Our high-end charcuterie take-out and delivery food service concept is currently expanding throughout the US and abroad with its newest location in the Garden City area. Graze Craze is looking for multiple team members for our entry level Grazologist position to perform in-kitchen food prep and decorating of our charcuterie boards and boxes.

With opening a brand-new store, we need team members with experience in food and beverage today!

Our store in Garden City closes at 6:00 PM with late delivery/catering by appointment only.

Job Types: Full-time and Part-time positions available

Pay: $12.00-$14.00

• 50% employee discount for shift meal on limited items, 20% on items that leave the store
• Performance and incentive bonuses

Starting: February 20th, 2023

Schedule:

Mon-Sat 10:00 AM-6:00 PM

Periodic Sunday hours and late hours as needed

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Food handler’s certification (Required, see link below to obtain certification)

Job Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work and communicate effectively with other team members
• Willingness to learn and take direction well
• Maintain safe food handling and storing practices
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Maintain and clean appliances
• Slice prepared meats/cheeses
• Wash/prep fruits and vegetables
• Prepare house-made hummus and jams
• Artfully decorate and wrap charcuterie boards with hands-on training and visual guides
• Safe delivery and artful set up of boards on catering orders
• Maintain and clean lobby, kitchen, and employee areas
