Description:

Customer Service Representative for fast growing foodservice distribution company. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Confirm customer orders.
  • Run and manage Daily Reports for sales staff
  • Confirm customer deliveries.
  • Assist sales & Admin staff with daily tasks and special projects.
  • Coverage for sales reps & Admin as needed.
  • Letting customers or clients know about additional products that are available.
  • Providing customer information as requested.
  • Escalating queries and concerns.
  • Troubleshooting common issues and working with management and other departments to find appropriate solutions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent phone skills

  • Excellent Excel & Word Skills
