Office Administrator for Tech Company Featured

We’re a start-up software tech company, located in Downtown Boise that’s heading into our 5th year of business. Every year we’ve seen growth and have a remote team of over 20 software engineers. We have clients all of the US, from other start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. We build custom business software to help businesses run their business better and more efficiently. Our company success has been mentioned in Forbes, Yahoo Finance, and other media outlets. For the first time, we’re looking to build our in-house team in our downtown Boise office. You would be the first official in-house employee and would be on the ground-level of something big with lots of opportunity for growth!

Our team consists of all different nationalities and cultures. You’ll be joining us on annual company meet-ups in different parts of the world to gather with the team. In fact, you’ll even help with planning and choosing where everyone will meet up! In 2019, we traveled to Nepal and took a private plane around Mt. Everest, just as one example. 

We’re not only looking for a “Office Administrator” title, but a growth partner! Don’t expect a lot of micro-managing coming from us. We need someone who will take ownership and help organize and continue to help us build the foundation of the business and put your stamp on it. Want to change your title from “Office Admin” to something else? Be our guest!

About the Office Administrator Position
This is a full-time, Monday through Friday opportunity, in our downtown Boise location. 

Responsibilities Include:
- Team Cheerleader (our distributed team is scattered across the world and we all come together on a communication platform called, “Slack”) who communicates with our remote team by keeping them engaged in our team chat, internal company emails, etc. 
- Invoicing our clients on a weekly basis
- Monitoring developer work logs
- Onboarding new team members
- Onboarding new clients
- Answering phones & email inquiries
- Business organization 
- Manage Calendars & Meetings
- Additional general office admin tasks

We’re a growing, dynamic business, so we need someone who is flexible, up to the task, and will take it upon themselves to help improve different areas and processes of the business. We need someone who excels with attention to detail. We understand it takes a certain type of person to come in as the first in-house employee and that it’s not for everyone.
