Office Assistant in a small, fast-paced real estate office. The position is best suited to a self-motivated candidate who wants to continue to learn, can organize and prioritize, and understands the importance of accuracy. The job entails answering phone and emails; maintains database; maintains and updates both digital and hard copy files; produces correspondence for brokers and agents to distribute information; and other general office duties. The position also requires a candidate to handle confidential and non-routine information. You will also be working independently and within a team.
