Rocket Communications is currently reviewing resumes for a qualified Human Resources (HR) Coordinator.  The Human Resource Coordinator will be responsible for all the routine functions of Human Resources (HR) including recruiting, payroll, benefits, leave management, and enforcing company policies and practices. The HR Coordinator is an integral role that will help maintain an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.  You must also be willing to work out of the Boise, Idaho satellite office once it is deemed safe to do so.  The HR Coordinator will be reporting directly to the CFO.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • General knowledge and/or experience in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Experience in the administration of benefits and compensation programs and other Human Resources recognition and engagement programs and processes.
  • Proficient with Apple computers and related software such as Pages, Numbers, and Keynote.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems. 
  • A minimum of three years of human resource management experience.

Bonus Points

  • You have more than 5 years experience
  • You have Human Resource Certificate, Bachelor in Business Administration or in a related field
  • You have a SHRM-CP (or similar) accreditation
