Seeking Executive Financial Officer for the State of Idaho's largest agency and is the primary fiscal advisor to the Department Director. This position is a member of the executive leadership team, reporting to the Management Services Division Administrator. This position will work directly with Department executives, other state agencies, and the State's Executive and Legislative branches.

This position oversees the Department and Division budgets, Accounts Payable, Revenue Operations, Grants and Cash, Electronic Benefits and Payroll. This position is instrumental in supporting department programs designed to help people live healthy and productive lives, while strengthening individuals, families and communities.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage complex business operations, a strong financial background, and demonstrate creative problem-solving in order to adhere to state rule and statute while also improving business operations. Effective communication, systems thinking and relationship building skills are essential.
