Commercial Business Development/Sales Representative

Disaster Kleenup Serving Treasure Valley, ID is a provider of property restoration and disaster cleanup services. These services are provided to home-owners and business owners who have experienced a property loss such as fire, flooding, or and environmental issue like mold or asbestos. We have become a household name in the Treasure Valley market serving hundreds of customers each year for over 30 years.

  1. have an immediate opening for a full-time Commercial Business Development Representative (BD Rep) that will help the company achieve growth in the commercial property management sector. The ideal candidate will have account management and sales experience in regard to selling products and/or services to property managers and commercial building owners with a network of contacts in the Treasure Valley area.


  • Identify leads and create sales opportunities
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Represent the company at various events, luncheons, trade associations
  • Continually build new relationships that will generate calls for property restoration services
  • Close the deal by establishing service agreements and approved vendor status with hundreds of commercial property clients.
  • Act as a liaison between DK’s project management team to provide follow-ups to clients in which the company provides restoration services for.


  • Proven work experience in business development
  • Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Familiarity with MS suite
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Dynamic and engaging personality traits
  • Ability to produce and deliver engaging presentations
  • College degree

  • Annual base of $45,000 + Commission new revenue generated
