We currently have an opening for a Telemarketing Agent in the Boise (ID), Salt Lake City (UT), Phoenix (AZ), and Las Vegas (NV) areas. You will sell pre-need cremation services in accordance with the goals established by sales management. You will be dialing outbound (and taking inbound calls) to customers who have requested more information about arranging pre-need cremation services for themselves or a loved one. Our goal is to educate families about our service and how we can be the solution for their family’s needs at the time of death. Then, sign them up for our pre-need plan with payment over the phone.

Overview & Responsibilities:

  • Sell pre-need cremation contracts and merchandise in accordance with established sales objectives and procedures
  • Sales are made in advance of need. Funding mechanisms for pre-arrangements include cash sales and installment sales
  • Complete contracts and other documents as required to provide sales and customer service in accordance with Company policies
  • Attend sales meetings and group sales activities as directed
  • Consultative selling approach to educate families utilizing a call flow to guide

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills to guide families through process
  • Strong communication skills; must be able to speak with confidence and conviction
  • Demonstrated experience exceeding performance/sales targets
  • Coachable: Willing to receive and apply feedback to grow
  • Active listening skills
  • Work a predetermined, 40-hour/week schedule
  • 5+ Years prior sales experience, phones sales preferred
  • Demonstrate strong technical computer and application skills
