We have an immediate opening for a new team member with graphic design and customer service skills who's ready to contribute to a dynamic, growing, fast-paced custom apparel and promotional products company located in Boise Idaho!

We are a locally-owned custom apparel decorating company who specializes in screen printing, embroidery, dye-sublimation, banners/signs and digital printing. With more 35 years of proven success offering creative, high quality custom apparel and promotional products to a wide range of customers, our company is a leader in the industry.

  • Design creativity using Adobe Creative Suite (CorelDRAW experience is a plus)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft products

  • Familiar with screen printing process a plus
  • Willingness to learn new skills or be cross-trained in other areas

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Re-size, adjust, format customer supplied artwork
  • Create graphic layouts using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop (and CorelDRAW and +)
  • Create and provide artwork proofs and follow up with approvals to customers
  • Learn all aspects of the apparel decorating/promotional products industry, vinyl plotter and wide format printing techniques to assist with production
  • Professionally interact as a liaison between customers and production ensuring an amazing customer experience
  • Light production tasks
  • Answer incoming calls and occasionally greet walk-in customers
  • Respond to website inquiries
  • Estimate order completion dates with customers, input data into scheduling calendar.
  • Prepare and maintain customer files
  • Oversee pre-production process and monitor timely customer approvals
  • Notify customers when their projects are complete and ready for pick-up
  • Occasionally take customer payments at cash register and over the phone

EXPERIENCE

  • Graphic design: 2-3 years (Required)
  • Half tone, color separations, Vector conversion a HUGE plus
  • Solution provider attitude
  • Direct customer service experience
  • Excellent phone etiquette

WORK SCHEDULE:

  • Full Time
  • Monday thru Friday
  • Flexible 8:30AM'ish - 4:30PM'ish
