OFFICE ASSISTANT
Part-Time / 15 - 20 hours wk / Flexible Hours

Compensation: Highly Competitive

General Office Duties / data entry, Excel / filing, phones.

Duties:
- Organize, log correspondence.
- Review invoices / prepare checks.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Maintain filing.

Qualifications:
- Administrative, corporate experience helpful.
- Verbal and writing skills / spelling and grammar.
- Good organizational skills.
- Data entry / bookkeeping experience helpful.
- Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet.

Job location: East Boise / Close proximity to Downtown and BSU
