Regional Manager / Real Estate Investment Lending Advisor

The Opportunity: Boise Expansion

We are seeking a highly driven, locally connected professional to spearhead our expansion into the Boise region. This is not a standard remote, desk-bound origination role; it is a ground-floor leadership opportunity. Your mandate is to serve as our boots on the ground, build our initial book of business, and establish
Corridor Funding's dominance in the Boise market. Once regional loan volume targets are achieved, we will open a physical, client-facing office in the market that you will manage.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

As the Regional Expansion Manager and Lead Advisor, you will cultivate and manage relationships with real estate investors while laying the foundation for our permanent local presence. 

You will:
Pioneer Market Expansion: Actively prospect for high-volume investors, builders, and flippers using local data to build a robust pipeline from day one. You will be expected to know the market better than anyone else.

Build the Local Ecosystem (In-Person Networking): Real estate in Boise is
relationship driven. You must physically embed yourself in the local market. This means attending events like local REIAs, grabbing coffee with local wholesalers, walking active job sites, and building a referral network of realtors and contractors who touch investment deals every day.

Consult & Advise: Serve as a trusted strategic partner to investors. Understand their business models and provide guidance on financing options that align with their specific project goals and local market trends.

Analyze & Structure: Evaluate local investment opportunities (e.g., walking active job sites, running comps) and collaborate seamlessly with our Texas-based underwriting team to structure highly competitive loan solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in real estate, B2B sales, or lending, with an intimate, localized understanding of the Boise and surrounding markets, as well as secondarily in major regional MSAs.
Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and capable of operating autonomously to build a market from the ground up.
A strong existing network of local real estate professionals, or the demonstrated outgoing personality and drive to build one rapidly through in-person networking.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and a desire to eventually lead a team.

Location:

Current: 100% remote but must be physically located within the Boise area to facilitate daily in-person networking.

Future: Managing our physical Boise office location.
