What you`ll do:
Meet customers in their homes/businesses to understand their wants/needs and to take
accurate measurements of various spaces. Demonstrate excellent listening skills.
Design customized storage solutions using our 3D design software and offer tailored,
functional solutions.
Discuss and demonstrate our products and services while presenting designs in a
collaborative, confident manner.
Follow up and maintain clear communication with clients and team from consultation
through installation. Build trust and lasting relationships with clients.
Close sales and submit designs for ordering. Meet/exceed sales goals with confidence
and enthusiasm.
What we are looking for:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; team player with a positive attitude and
outlook.
Solid math, computer, and organizational skills. You must be adaptable to adjust to
different clients` personalities and needs/situations.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, attentive to detail, and driven to succeed.
Previous sales experience preferred (minimum of 2+ years); in-home sales (i.e.,
windows, blinds, etc.) experience would be ideal and will set you apart from other
applicants.
Reliable transportation; non-smoker (non-negotiable) who maintains a professional
appearance.
Candidates with a degree preferred (A.A. minimum; BA/BS preferred). Willing to
consider other candidates who demonstrate the other listed traits/skills and who have
prior sales experience.
