Warehouse AssociateOur client, Foodservice Supply Chain is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Warehouse Operations team supporting fast, accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the drive to perform in a fast-paced environment—while helping ensure customer orders are selected, organized, and ready for shipment.Location: Boise, IDPay Range: $20 an hourShift: 3rd / NightWhat's the Job?Accurately select, pick, and palletize customer orders using an electric pallet jack (EPJ) and RF scanner.Organize products and build pallets according to routing and shipment requirements.Perform order picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory-related activities.Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including ride-on electric pallet jacks and forklifts.Work in ambient, refrigerated, and freezer environments while maintaining productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.What's Needed?Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience.Prior experience operating a ride-on electric pallet jack (EPJ).Experience using RF scanning equipment (handheld or arm-mounted scanners).Previous order picking and packing experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and maintain a strong safety mindset.What's in it for me?Opportunity to play a critical role in a fast-paced foodservice distribution environment.Clear expectations around accuracy, productivity, and safety.Hands-on work using RF scanning technology and powered warehouse equipment.In-person interview process scheduled Monday through Thursday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.A team-focused role where your work directly supports customer order fulfillment.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
