As an Order Management Specialist, you will enable sellers to be more efficient and ensure a smooth customer experience upon contract close.You will work with cross-functional teams to identify and manage processes that move opportunities to recognized revenue faster.Key Responsibilities: Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to revenue quickly, including order processing and coaching sellers.Partner closely with Finance and Sales to resolve order questions and process orders within defined service level agreements.Drive compliance with company policies and proactively identify opportunities to improve the order process.Qualifications: You have 1-2 years of experience in Quote to Cash, Order Management, or Sales Operations.You possess strong business English, proficiency in MS Office, and a self-motivated, detail-oriented approach.You demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects, build relationships, and drive productivity in a remote environment.NielsenIQ is a global measurement and data analytics company providing consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers with accurate data and insights.
