Key Responsibilities:

• Provide on-call technical support for fab/lab operations. Respond to incidents and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Coordinate with relevant engineering and support teams. Escalate critical issues and support timely resolution.
• Follow site procedures, incident protocols, and operational requirements.
• Preferred Profile: Candidates with experience in technical support, IT infrastructure, lab support, semiconductor environments, or incident response.
• Candidates should be comfortable with rotational on-call responsibilities.
