Duration: 6-month contract

PR: $27.50/hr

Location: 5315 N. Sawyer Avenue, Garden City, ID 83714

Hours: 7AM-5PM

Must Haves:

• H.S. Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related position performing Buyer/Procurement tasks in any industry except manufacturing industry
• Ability to demonstrate accuracy and detail-oriented approach to data entry
• Proficient-plus level user of MS Excel and MS Word

Pluses:

• Working knowledge of H.V.A.C. parts and equipment preferred.
• Experience with any ERP system is a plus (JD Edwards used in this role)

Day to Day:

This person will be mainly helping with communication, logging, tracking of inventory materials incoming into one of our client's largest project sites. This candidate needs to have excellent attention to detail, deep knowledge of excel, construction background nice to have, able to work in an office environment and take direction remotely.

Role Overview:

Based in the Boise office with our purchasing team, this individual will be the key driver in aligning our material pipeline and getting a project back on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vendor Alignment: Manage the inventory kickoff process with Ferguson.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all ordered and inventoried products strictly match engineering specifications.
• Logistics Tracking: Maintain an active, centralized log to track all incoming inventory requirements.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Partner with the project and purchasing teams to rapidly troubleshoot and resolve inventory issues.
