We are currently recruiting for a Senior Project Manager to lead a major, end-to-end Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS) modernization initiative. This is a high-visibility, long-term role focusing on module implementation, vendor integration, Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) alignment, and legislative reporting.

Key Responsibilities & Highlights

• End-to-End MMIS Delivery: Lead MMIS module rollout—managing master schedules, project governance, scope, risk mitigation, and go-live readiness.
• Multi-Vendor Alignment: Coordinate deliverables across state teams and external vendors to maintain critical path execution and system conversion milestones.
• Stakeholder & Executive Management: Present project health and risks to department executives and government decision-makers.
• Organizational Change Management: Oversee change management, training strategy, and stakeholder communication for seamless operational adoption.

Qualifications We Are Looking For

• 5+ Years: Senior IT project management experience in state healthcare / Medicaid programs or state agency environments.
• Core Technical Competencies: Strong background in system and legacy data conversions, data aggregation/analytics, and EDW integration.
• State Agency Knowledge: Direct experience working with state agencies and Medicaid systems (prior state/Medicaid experience highly valued).
