Job Summary

We are looking for a Smart Locker / Kiosk Operator – L1 to provide basic technical support and onsite assistance for smart lockers and kiosk systems. The ideal candidate should have basic IT troubleshooting skills and be comfortable working onsite.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot smart lockers and kiosk devices.
• Perform basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Check device connectivity, power, displays, scanners, and peripherals.
• Assist with device setup, testing, and replacement when required.
• Perform basic maintenance and physical inspection of equipment.
• Follow installation and troubleshooting procedures.
• Document issues, repairs, and completed onsite activities.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the L2/support team.
• Provide professional onsite support to users and customers.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in IT support, desktop support, field support, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Comfortable working with computers, kiosks, scanners, and other IT devices.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions.
• Ability to travel locally if required.

Preferred

• Experience supporting smart lockers, kiosks, POS systems, or similar devices.
• Experience with onsite/field IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and network connectivity.
