We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask and prioritize effectively, and have a strong attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate meeting logistics across internal and external stakeholders
• Create and refine presentation materials including charts, graphs, spreadsheets, and slide decks for corporate presentations and staff meetings
• Coordinate executive travel planning, prepare detailed itineraries, and submit travel expense reports for the executive team as needed.
• Maintain confidential files, sensitive documents, and digital records with discretion
• Reconcile local office invoices and submit documentation to Accounts Payable
• Coordinate KSEC participation in SEMICON-West, including booth selection, layout and setup, hotel and travel arrangements, and customer meetings and dinners
• Plan and execute onsite and offsite events, including executive and customer dinners, meeting room logistics, and catering coordination
• Act as the key liaison for Boise office facilities — managing office upgrades, modifications, service requests, and coordinating with landlords and stakeholders on facilities-related RFQs through purchase orders and warranty support
• Summarize and Publish weekly and monthly industry technology updates to the executive team based on pre-defined queries
• Manage office operations including supply ordering, mail handling, and vendor coordination

EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years of experience providing direct administrative support to senior executives, preferably in a technology or semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and comfortable adopting new collaboration and productivity tools
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated discretion and judgment handling confidential information
• Experience coordinating executive-level events, trade shows, or customer-facing engagements preferred

EDUCATION

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Location: Boise, ID (Onsite)
• Travel: ~10%
• Relocation: Eligible
• Compensation: $50,000 – $95,000 base salary (depending on experience), plus comprehensive benefits and additional compensation eligibility
