MRO Warehouse Tech Details:
Receive, inspect, label, store, and issue parts, tools, supplies, and PPE. Maintain organized storeroom.
Perform cycle counts, resolve discrepancies and address damaged, obsolete, or excess stock. Monitor usage, reorders, and critical parts to prevent shortages.
Process req's and purchase orders per company procedures. Obtain pricing, availability, and delivery details from Purchasing and approved suppliers; track orders and communicate delays or shortages.
Coordinate materials for repairs, preventive maintenance, and projects. Research parts using manufacturer specifications, catalogs, and inventory records.
Promptly record receipts, issues, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP, inventory, or maintenance system. Maintain accurate part numbers, descriptions, units, and locations; retain purchase, receipt, return, and adjustment records. Review reports for shortages, excess stock, usage trends, and improvements.
Follow safety, environmental, quality, and operating procedures. Store and handle materials and chemicals safely, use required PPE, keep Safety Data Sheets (SDS) accessible, and immediately report hazards, spills, or damaged materials.
