The Accounting Manager leads day-to-day accounting operations and oversees a team of accountants responsible for general accounting, sub-ledgers, reconciliations, and close processes. This position reports directly to the Assistant Controller. Duties include directing performance and managing workload of staff, reviewing staff assignments, monitoring and analyzing accounting information, and assisting in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements. Monitor and supervise the staff, systems and operations of a financials office. Assist with strategic financial planning, leading to insightful, accurate business decision-making. Proactively reach out to customers including students, employees, campus users and connect them to campus resources. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.
