Customer service and team-oriented focus are of utmost importance. Your work environment will consist of both inside and outside work areas. Each type of loading and unloading requires strict attention to safety and accuracy of orders. This position requires well-defined, detailed work while producing repeatable and consistently accurate results. An ideal candidate will prefer a steady work style and enjoy executing clear objectives in a team-focused environment.Responsibilities:Efficiently & accurately organize & transport building materials using a variety of equipmentFollow a daily operations schedule, with an ability to adjust to customer needsBanding, wrapping, or packaging material for shipping on commercial trucks & trailersOrganize and clean both the warehouse and yard work areas as neededAttention to detail, with better-than-average accuracy in the quality of the workFocus on working comfortably under close supervision within a stable, secure teamDecision-making within clear guidelines & with support of the fellow team & managementJob Requirements:Must be 21 years of ageAble to pass pre-employment drug screeningQualified driving record and valid driver's licenseAble to lift 40-70 pounds throughout the workdayRegular, reliable, predictable attendanceFlexibility to work overtime hours as neededFollow safety expectations set by the company's safety policiesExtra consideration will be given to applicants with proven forklift material handling experienceAbility to work independently while supporting exceptional teamwork in a larger workgroupBenefits Package: MacArthur's employees are our greatest asset and at MacArthur your health and wellbeing matters.
