Encourage clients to remain as independent as possible, assist with routines and household support, maintain confidentiality, and report changes in status or home conditions.

Requirements

Providing Personal Care is required

CPR required within 30 days of hire

Must have a criminal background check and other checks as required

Two verifiable references

Must maintain all certifications, training, and company and state regulation requirements for employment
