Responsibilities

Assist with client-centered daily support, safe ambulation, household routines, and companionship while following the plan of care and keeping supervisors informed.

Requirements

• Providing Personal Care is required
• CPR required within 30 days of hire
• Must have a criminal background check and other checks as required
• Two verifiable references
• Must maintain all certifications, training, and company and state regulation requirements for employment
• Reliable means of transportation
