Broadstone Saratoga Apartments | Boise, ID| Full-time, on-site

$21-22 per hour + commissions | Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, plus on-call rotation

Roundhouse is hiring a Maintenance Technician at Broadstone Saratoga Apartments. You'll handle hands-on repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool systems, and keep the property in great shape for the residents who call it home. What you'll own

• Complete repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and pool and spa systems
• Respond quickly to work orders and see each one through to a high-quality finish
• Walk the property to catch issues early and keep it compliant with safety and health codes
• Keep grounds, building exteriors, and common areas clean, functional, and looking sharp
• Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to prioritize tasks, approve purchases, and coordinate vendors
• Keep work orders current in maintenance software, including materials, hours, and completion status
• Take your turn in the after-hours emergency on-call rotation and help with snow and ice removal
• Follow all safety procedures in the Employee Handbook, SOPs, OSHA standards, and on-equipment labels

What you bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of general maintenance and repair experience
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems
• Strong communication skills and a real customer-service mindset
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, stand and walk for long periods, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather

A leg up if you have

• Trade school or technical certification
• Onsite multifamily or apartment maintenance experience
• Experience with Yardi Voyager, RentCafe, AIRM, LEO, Appwork, or similar maintenance software
• Spanish fluency

Tools you'll bring

We supply power tools and larger equipment. You'll provide and maintain a basic set of hand tools, on hand within 30 days of your start date: 10" and 6" crescent wrenches, 9.5" and 6.5" channel lock pliers, needle-nose pliers, Phillips and flathead screwdrivers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, socket wrench set, wire crimping tool with cutters, razor knife, hammer, putty knife, tape measure, thermometer, non-contact voltage tester, GFCI tester, multimeter, drill, and drill bits.
