Administrative Assistant - Boise

Personnel Plus, Inc. is now hiring an Administrative Assistant in Boise, Idaho

Our client, a local office providing counseling and psychological services, is seeking a friendly and dependable Temporary Admin Assistant. This is an immediate-opening, with a possible temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for additional full-time hours.

Pay and schedule: $16.00-17.00/hour, depending on experience. Monday-Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM & Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

What you'll do:

• Professionally greet and assist clients and visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Complete data entry, filing, scanning, and document organization
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and other office documents
• Assist with email communication and general office support
• Maintain office supplies and keep the reception area organized
• Provide administrative support to office staff and management
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

What you'll need:

• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Accurate data-entry skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous receptionist, administrative, customer-service, or office experience in a medical office is preferred
• HIPPA compliance & knowledge of insurance reimbursements is preferred
• Ability to pass a drug screening
