Treasure Valley Plastic Surgery & Med Spa is looking for an energetic, motivated, and personable Medical Assistant to join our growing team.We are looking for someone who thrives in a patient-focused environment centered on exceptional care and service. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a positive, team-oriented setting and will be comfortable balancing clinical care, customer service, front-office responsibilities, and social media content support.This is a versatile position that includes both clinical Medical Assistant responsibilities and front-office duties, along with opportunities to help showcase our practice through engaging social media content.Responsibilities: Assist providers with patient care and clinical proceduresPrepare and turn over treatment and procedure roomsSupport plastic surgery and Med Spa patients throughout their experienceAssist with patient check-in, scheduling, phones, and other front-office responsibilitiesHelp create, capture, and organize engaging social media content that reflects our services, team, and patient experienceAssist with photos, videos, stories, reels, and other content for social media platforms, as appropriateContribute creative ideas for social media posts and promotional contentMaintain organized, clean, and well-stocked clinical areasHelp with inventory and day-to-day office needsWork collaboratively with our clinical, administrative, and Med Spa teamsProvide friendly, professional, and exceptional patient care and serviceWe're Looking for Someone Who Is: Highly energetic, motivated, and dependableCommitted to creating a positive patient experienceFriendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with patientsCreative and comfortable contributing to social media contentA team player who is willing to help wherever neededOrganized and able to multitask in a busy environmentProfessional with excellent communication skillsComfortable performing both clinical and front-office responsibilitiesFlexible, proactive, and eager to learn and contributeAdditional Skills That Are a Plus: Spanish-speaking/bilingualExperience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or a Med SpaSocial media, photography, videography, or content creation experienceSchedule: This is a part-time position, approximately 3 days per week.
