We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Public Relations & Communications Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with diverse audiences, and helping create memorable brand experiences.

As a Public Relations & Communications Assistant, you will support promotional campaigns, live events, client communications, and community outreach initiatives. You will work closely with our marketing and events teams to help increase brand awareness, engage target audiences, and deliver successful campaigns for our clients.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events, marketing campaigns, and community outreach initiatives.
• Represent client brands professionally at in-person events and promotional activations.
• Engage directly with consumers, answer questions, and communicate key product or service information.
• Support public relations and communications initiatives designed to increase brand visibility.
• Help coordinate event logistics, materials, schedules, and promotional resources.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, clients, event partners, and team members.
• Track campaign feedback and provide updates to the marketing and management teams.
• Assist with creating and distributing promotional and communications materials.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Stay informed about client campaigns, brand messaging, and event objectives.
