Our client, a leading organization in facility management services, is seeking a Customer Service Representative 2 to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative 2, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will haveexcellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative
**Location: Remote - MST time zone only**
**Pay Range: $22.19 hourly**
**Shift: Part Time and Full Time**
**What's the Job?**
+ Provide inbound customer service support via phone and email for facility-related inquiries and issues.
+ Create and manage work orders using multiple CMMS systems, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation.
+ Follow up with customers to gather additional data and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
+ Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer needs and resolve issues promptly.
+ Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude when interacting with customers and team members.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ Experience in a maintenance environment or customer service industry.
+ Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
+ Strong computer skills, including experience with CMMS and Office 365.
+ Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly and courteously.
