Entry Level PackersCaldwell, IDWe are seeking dependable Packagers to join a fast-paced food production team. In this role, you will package and box tortillas, maintain quality standards, and help keep production running efficiently.Responsibilities:Count, package, and box tortillasWork on a fast-paced production lineLift and move boxes up to 32 lbs.Stack boxes onto pallets as neededFollow safety, quality, and food manufacturing standardsStand and work for 12-hour shiftsQualifications: This is an entry level role with eager candidates looking to start their career path in production.Manufacturing, production, or packaging experience is a plusStrong attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsJob Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, ID.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $16.60 - $18.10/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
