Our mission is to deliver an unparalleled window and door replacement experience for homeowners.About the OpportunityWe are looking for a Warehouse Material Handler to join our Boise Warehouse team.This is a hands on role responsible for helping keep our warehouse organized and our installation teams prepared for the work ahead. You will work with windows, doors, and other building materials while assisting with loading and unloading trucks, preparing materials for upcoming installations, maintaining inventory, and keeping the warehouse operating efficiently.What You'll DoWarehouse and Material HandlingLoad and unload windows, doors, and other building materialsUnload installation and delivery trucks as neededPrepare and load materials for upcoming installation jobsVerify that material lists are accurate and that required materials are availableOrganize and maintain the warehouse based on business needsAssist with inventory processes alongside warehouse and installation leadershipTruck and Installation SupportHelp unload materials and waste from installation trucksPrepare trucks with the materials needed for upcoming jobsReview upcoming installation schedules and ensure materials are properly preparedClean and maintain tarps, runners, canvas drop cloths, and other installation materialsDrive company box trucks as needed to support business operationsTools and EquipmentSafely use power tools and equipment, including drills, miter saws, framing nailers, and other tools as neededFollow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA guidelinesMaintain an organized and safe work environmentTeamwork and Problem SolvingWork independently while collaborating with warehouse and installation teamsIdentify potential issues and take initiative to help resolve themThink ahead and help ensure the warehouse and installation teams are prepared for upcoming workSupport additional warehouse and operational needs as assignedMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED equivalentAt least one year of previous warehouse or relevant material handling experiencePossession of a valid driver's license with an insurable driving record in accordance with company standardsAbility to observe safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and proceduresExperience using power tools or similar equipmentBasic computer and technology skillsAbility to regularly lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 poundsAbility to perform the essential physical functions of the role, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting, and carrying, with or without reasonable accommodationMust meet all federal requirements for interstate commercial driving, including a minimum age of 21 as mandated by FMCSR § 391.11 for operating across state lines.What We OfferWe offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:$21-$23 per hourMedical, dental, and vision insuranceLife and AD&D insuranceDisability insurance401(k)PTO and sick time8 paid holidays plus 1 flex holidayFlexible Spending AccountsEmployee Assistance ProgramIdentity theft protectionDiscount on Renewal by Andersen windows and doorsEmployee discounts on travel, apparel, electronics, restaurants, and moreOur CultureWe encourage a culture of innovation to bring your ideas to the table.
