Assembler

We are seeking a dedicated assembler to join our letter line assembly department. The ideal candidate will possess experience with hand tools and have a background in production. This position involves using various tools and machines to cut letters for commercial signs. It is a contract-to-hire opportunity, seeking someone who is reliable and shows up consistently.

Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly tasks.
• Accurately cut letters for commercial signs using provided tools and machines.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise assembly.
• Work collaboratively within the production team to meet daily targets.

Essential Skills

• Experience with assembly and production processes.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Familiarity with mechanical and tape measure usage.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with grinding and metal cutting.
• Understanding of blueprint specifications.

Work Environment

Work within a manufacturing facility featuring dedicated workstations for various sign-building processes. The environment includes large press brake machines, welding bays, and long tables for assemblers. The shop maintains a clean and organized setting. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
