Remote Bilingual (Spanish) Sales - Healthcare Appointment Scheduling

This is a fast-paced, high-call-volume outbound sales program currently available through the Arise® Platform.

The Arise® Platform is an online portal that connects you to remote customer service opportunities with big-name brands. Through the platform, you can provide remote customer support, earning extra revenue while saving time and money on costs associated with working outside of the home.

The Arise® Platform has various well-known clients available-including this opportunity with a national healthcare provider-and you could start earning in just a few weeks. Certification is paid, so you can start earning revenue while you train.

What you will do as a Bilingual Appointment Scheduling Representative:

• Make high-volume outbound calls, in both English and Spanish, to engage health plan members and share the benefits of a free, in-home health evaluation.
• Use provided scripts and an auto-dialer to communicate clearly, answer questions, and professionally overcome objections using proven rebuttals.
• Confidently and quickly schedule appointments and close each call.
• Deliver calm, empathetic, and knowledgeable service to a wide range of members.

Outbound calls are made using a cloud-based calling software system - you will NOT incur any long-distance charges.

What's needed to service this client:

• Must speak and write both English and Spanish fluently. (If English is not your first spoken language, an ESL proficiency assessment is required before enrolling.)
• A strong sales aptitude and comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where productivity and quality standards are key.
• The ability to consistently follow call flows, scripts, and compliance processes.
• A quiet, secure workspace and a reliable hardwired internet connection meeting the program's required speeds (minimum 8 GB RAM).
• Comfort with dual monitors, screen-sharing, navigating multiple windows, and muting/unmuting seamlessly.
• A webcam and a USB noise-cancelling headset (you will be on camera during certification).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete a virtual certification course, including Spanish role-play scenarios.
• Background check and photo ID verification required.

What would be great to have:

• Previous experience in a high-volume (back-to-back) call environment and with auto-dialers.
• A background in outbound sales, telesales, or appointment setting.
• Proven experience using customer service software, CRM systems, or providing support through virtual channels (email, chat, video calls).
