This is a 100% in-office role based at our Meridian, ID location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on-site five days per week from 9:00am -6:00pm local time.

Active enrollment in a bachelor's degree program with an anticipated graduation between December 2027 and Spring 2028. Preference for Business and Liberal Arts majors with a career interest in customer service, account management, and client success. Must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Experience with data entry and client interaction preferred. Strong technical aptitude; proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent time management, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills for business correspondence. High attention to detail and commitment to process adherence, including recognizing and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work well in a team setting; willingness to jump in wherever necessary.
Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day. Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
