Location: Fully Remote

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Scheduling Coordinator to support the coordination of time-sensitive healthcare-related collections that directly impact patient care. This role serves as a key liaison between internal teams and collection facilities, ensuring appointments are scheduled, tracked, and completed within critical timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and process scheduling requests within required timelines.
  • Coordinate appointments with collection facilities and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage schedule changes, cancellations, and appointment confirmations.
  • Track and monitor time-sensitive requests to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical barriers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all scheduling requirements and restrictions are addressed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the scheduling process.
  • Prioritize urgent requests while balancing multiple active cases.
  • Provide proactive updates and follow-up to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Previous experience in scheduling, logistics, operations, coordination, or administrative support.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing time-sensitive requests.
  • Background supporting healthcare operations or patient-focused services.
