Manufacturing & Shipping Associate

A well-known home fragrance and consumer products company specializing in scented wax, warmers, cleaning products, and other fragrance-based items. The company operates a large manufacturing and distribution facility in Meridian, Idaho, where teams work together to produce, package, and ship products to customers throughout the country. Manufacturing & Shipping Associate Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 16.25 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am)

• Package, label, and prepare scented products for shipment.
• Assist with light manufacturing and production tasks. Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
• Pick, pack, sort, and organize customer orders.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting daily production goals.

Manufacturing & Shipping Associate Qualifications:

• No previous manufacturing or warehouse experience required on-the-job training is provided.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform repetitive, hands-on work.
• Comfortable working around scented and fragrance-based products.
• Dependable attendance and ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
• Must meet all pre-employment screening requirements.
