About the Role:
Everything CPAP, LLC is looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic in Boise, ID. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team where your communication skills and attention to detail will make a real difference in patients' lives every day. Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients, ensuring a warm and professional front desk experience
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using medical scheduling software
Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries in a timely manner
Verify patient insurance eligibility and process billing and co-pays accurately
Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the office
Handle medical documentation, referrals, and prior authorizations as needed
Requirements:
Prior experience as a medical receptionist, medical office assistant, or Durable Medical Equipment in setting preferred
Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance verification, and billing processes
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and scheduling software
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with a patient-first attitude
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality standards
High school diploma or equivalent required; medical office certification a plus
