Previous experience preferred but not required.Minimum Qualifications:PunctualityConsistencySelf-starterAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAbility to follow work instructions and blueprintsPreferred Skills:Production or manufacturing experienceHand tool or sanding experienceERP software experience preferredSurface Prep Technician Qualifications:Basic math and measurement skills requiredAble to lift up to 35 lbs.Able to walk and stand most of the shiftAble to fully reach with hands and arms; stoop, twist, kneel, and crouchSpecific vision capabilities to include close-up, distance, color recognition, peripheral vision and able to adjust focus and have depth perceptionApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
