Inventory And Materials CoordinatorJoin our team in a hands-on inventory and materials coordination role supporting warehouse, purchasing, and production operations. In this position, you will help ensure the accurate receipt, transfer, storage, and delivery of materials while maintaining documentation and supporting inventory control processes. Safety, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential to success in this role.What You Will DoProcess receiving, shipping, purchase order, item transfer, and product structure transactions.Maintain required documentation and records.Operate a forklift and pallet jack.Verify received materials and quantities by comparing vendor shipping documents to purchase orders.Forward delivery tickets and invoices to project and finance teams.Deliver and pick up materials locally using a company-provided truck.Maintain purchasing department document storage, including purchase orders, packing lists, supplier files, and non-conformance history.Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures.Complete other duties as assigned.Position DetailsTravel inside the Boise metroplex is required.Shift -- Monday-Friday / 8am to 4pmMinimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.2 years of Warehouse Logistics ExperienceKnowledge of inventory control systems.Ability to resolve complaints and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Fork truck driving experience.Preferred QualificationsAbility to work with bills of material, product structures, job orders, warehouse pick lists, and shipping documents.Inventory control experience in a manufacturing or production environment.American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS) training.Careers Advancing Ovivo by Ecolab's Water Technology SolutionsHelp shape the future of water and technology by joining a team that drives innovation in ultrapure water solutions critical to industries powering global progress.
