Hiring for industrial warehouse & production Rockstars to join the Scentsy team in Meridian ID

Warehouse Worker Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Pick products per provided order documentation
• Use an RF Scanner and be able to read and understand written and verbal instructions
• Count products per orders as required
• Properly package and organize finished orders to prep for ship outs
• Follow production schedules to meet daily output goals.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Conduct product quality assurance, raw material handling and packaging as required by regular duties
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality control standards.
• Restock products & supplies as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Warehouse Worker Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
• Frequently stand and walk for 8 hour shifts.
• Perform repetitive hand and arm movements.
• Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to fragrances, machinery, and varying temperatures.
