Responsibilities

• Assist with community events, workshops, and outreach programs
• Engage directly with community members and promote company initiatives
• Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, schools, and community partners
• Assist with community presentations and promotional materials
• Coordinate event logistics and help ensure smooth operations
• Participate in team meetings and community outreach planning
• Gather feedback from community members and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Community Relations team
• Represent the organization in a professional and positive manner

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for community engagement and building relationships
• Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable speaking with and assisting members of the public
• Customer service, event, sales, marketing, volunteer, or community experience is a plus
• No prior community relations experience required-we provide training
