The Trial Court Administrator, Sandra Barrios, oversees all administrative responsibilities of the Fourth Judicial District. This includes responsibility for facilities management; serving as a liaison between agencies, the media, and the public; and developing and carrying out policies that enhance court system performance. Works closely with the counseling staff, participants, and the Drug Court Coordinator. Will perform typing, filing, secretarial, and varied administrative tasks in support of the Ada County Treatment Center; will perform other related work as assigned.
Distinguishing Features of the Class:
The work requires the exercise of good judgment in the application of prescribed procedures and methods to routine matters. The employee must be innovative and alert to new and better ways to accomplish the work of the office.
The employee works under the direction of the Treatment Center Supervisor. The employee uses initiative in carrying out recurring work of the position. Complex or unusual situations are discussed with supervisor before proceeding. Work is reviewed for accuracy and conformance to policy and procedures.
