Warehouse Associate - Career Path to Delivery Driver

Boise, ID Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday-Friday | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Build Your Warehouse Career and Grow into a Driver! Kelly® is hiring a Warehouse Associate for a growing distribution company in Boise, ID. This is a unique opportunity for someone with warehouse experience and a valid driver's license who is looking for a long-term career. You'll begin by supporting warehouse operations, and after successfully converting to a permanent employee, you'll transition into a Non-CDL Delivery Driver role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on warehouse work and local driving.

What You'll Do

• Load, unload, and stage materials for daily deliveries
• Pick, pack, and organize customer orders
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse
• Work closely with a small, team-oriented warehouse crew
• Perform repetitive physical work, including frequent team lifting

After Permanent Hire As a permanent employee, you'll transition into a Warehouse/Delivery Driver position where you'll:

• Drive a company pickup truck pulling a 20-foot flatbed trailer
• Transport large crates between company locations just a few miles apart
• Load and unload materials safely using proper lifting techniques
• Continue assisting with warehouse operations between deliveries

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Experience pulling a trailer is strongly preferred
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus
• Comfortable performing physical work, repetitive lifting, and team lifting throughout the day
• Able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Steel-toe boots required
