In addition to serving established businesses, Vuittonet Strategic Advisory remains committed to expanding access to business education through speaking, public scholarship, and select community partnerships.Role Description The Research & Diagnostics Associate (part-time retainer) is a contract role based on-site in the Boise Metropolitan Area. This role supports advisory work by conducting structured research on client industries, markets, and competitors, and synthesizing findings into concise memos, briefs, and diagnostic summaries. The associate will help build and refine diagnostic frameworks, map revenue and operational structures, and identify patterns of misalignment in client organizations. Day-to-day responsibilities include data collection from primary and secondary sources, qualitative analysis of interviews and documents, and preparation of materials for client workshops and strategy sessions. The role also involves maintaining organized research repositories, contributing to thought leadership content, and collaborating closely with the principal advisor on project-specific analyses.Qualifications Strong research and analytical capabilities, including experience with qualitative and quantitative data, market and industry analysis, and structured synthesis of complex information.Skills in business diagnostics and strategy, such as understanding revenue models, organizational structures, brand positioning, and multi-market or cross-border growth dynamics.Excellent written communication skills for creating clear briefs, summaries, and framework-driven documents; ability to present findings in a logical, concise, and accessible format.Proficiency with productivity and analysis tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, collaborative platforms) and comfort working with structured templates and frameworks.Bachelor's degree or higher in business, economics, social sciences, public policy, or a related field; advanced training in research methods or strategy is an advantage.Experience working with founder-led or scaling organizations, professional services, consulting, or advisory environments is highly beneficial.Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams on a part-time retainer basis, and maintain confidentiality and professional judgment.Hybrid and flexible, but must be based in or able to commute regularly to the Boise Metropolitan Area for on-site collaboration and client-related work.#J-18808-Ljbffr
