MorningStar Senior Living - 5850 North Five Mile Road - Responsibilities: Provide the necessary maintenance of the building, equipment in every department, and maintenance and repairs as requested by staff and residents; Replace and repair fixtures, plumbing, electrical, and appliances as needed across the community; Maintain a well-organized, clean, neat workshop and tool room; test and ensure equipment is in proper working order; Fulfill job orders and work orders; participate in routine maintenance inspections throughout the building; Work cooperatively with all departments, staff and residents; maintain safety and quality standards
