Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Data Entry Operator to join their team. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be part of the mail room operations supporting compliance and data management efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent focus, and the ability to work efficiently in a repetitive environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Meridian, ID
Pay Range: $17.00 - $17.50/hour
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
Perform high-volume data entry related to returned member mail
Accurately input information into internal systems to support compliance efforts
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in daily tasks
Collaborate with mail room operations to ensure timely processing
Support ongoing data management and quality assurance activities
What's Needed?
Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM
Strong computer navigation and data entry skills (MS Office experience preferred)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and stay focused in a repetitive task environment
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
