We are looking for a reliable weekly property care taker for our home, 5 acre property and two small dogs in Nampa, Idaho. The position pays $20 per hour and involves various responsibilities every week.
Key duties include light landscape maintenance, running errands, house cleaning, pet feeding and occasional pet sitting so a love for outdoors and small dogs is essential.
Light landscape maintenance involves pulling and spraying weeks, trimming shrubs, blowing and wiping patios, furniture and more.
House cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming, cleaning kitchen and bathrooms, and cleaning windows.
During winter months, snow clearing will be required to keep the driveway and walkways safe and accessible.
Lastly, occasional pet feeding or rare pet sitting over night requiring full time supervision and stay at our property.
