We commit to do more with less, make deliberate choices about our bodies, and believe everyone should know what their cervix is.Our growing team is based in beautiful Boise, Idaho. www.saalt.comThe Challenge:Saalt is looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Shift Lead to support fast growth and our growing line of consumer-packaged goods specializing in reusable period care. Youll be at Saalts front lines fulfilling daily website orders, packing and shipping beautifully presented promotional boxes, and packing bulk purchase orders for third party retailers. As a company known for its high standard of customer service, your attention to detail and efficiency will help us improve and optimize our fulfillment speed and accuracy over time while minimizing shipping errors to our customers. Perks include self managed PTO and a flexible work environment, team events, no cost in-house preschool and a highly collaborative team invested in each customer and team member.What Youll Do:Fulfill and ship daily website orders.Transfer products accurately paying attention to item, lot number, and quantity.Improve accuracy and speed over time while minimizing shipping errors to customers.Pack and ship weekly promotional boxes with attention to detail and presentation to send to third party partners, influencers, and media.Pack and ship bulk quantity boxes for purchase orders sent to domestic retailers.Assist management in optimizing the shipping process for efficiency and any additional staffing needs.Stock and organize products and supplies as needed.Unpack, organize, and maintain received shipments of product and supplies.What Youll Need to Succeed:Technical:High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Effective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently within a fast-paced environmentAbility to stay organized across multiple communication platformsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillAbility to physically move between sitting and standing while packing boxes for several hoursMust be able to lift, carry, and move 50 lbs.Must demonstrate adaptability, as job responsibilities are subject to change in accordance with business demandsExperience and Competencies:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsEffective planning and time management skills to execute multiple tasks simultaneouslyAbility to work independently within a fast-paced environmentAbility to stay organized across multiple communication platformsStrong attention to detail and analytical skillShopify and Shipstation experience a plusCompensation:$16.00 per hour plus perks listed belowPerks:Company-paid health insurance (medical/dental/vision/hearing/life)401(k) & Roth 401(k)Casual dress codeFlexible PTOSaalt utilizes post-offer background reports and drug screenings for employment purposes.
